Junior and Senior Gum Shields

Not everyone practices full contact martial arts, but accidental contact does happen occasionally. Whether it’s in competition or honing your targeting skills in the club, a gum shield can give you more confidence. Karate Kit now stock junior and senior gum shields in either black or yellow. We find these are the most popular colours even though others exist. If you really want a pink one (I know how you boys love pink) then we can get them, but you’ll have to email us with your order.

Hi All,

I’m trying to get a listing of any major martial arts competitions and post them here in one place. Currently I’m scouring the internet for any notifications and adding them without changing any of the original wording. If you are hosting/organising an event and would like me to add it to my listings, please let me know either here by adding a comment or emailing me directly at hanna@karatekit.co.uk

On the other hand, if I’ve listed your competition and you’d rather I didn’t (as I didn’t seek your permission originally) then please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll remove it. My only intention is to allow martial artists to find competitions (especially open ones) that they may like to attend.

Hello All and Welcome to the new blog for Karate Kit Limited.

I intend to post on a pretty regular basis, but we’ll see how it goes. If there’s anything you want to discuss, just let me know and I’ll try to start it off.

My plan is to keep it all informal, product updates, video clips of kata, competition announcements and anything else I think may be of interest to visitors.
